ONE-ON-ONE PERSONAL TRAINING
Whether you are a beginner, starting a healthier lifestyle or an intermediate, continuing an existing program or just someone who wants a higher level of fitness. working with a personal trainer will motivate, educate and empower you to achieve your fitness goals up to three times faster.

Our certified experienced trainers will work with you one-on-one …or, in a small group setting to develop a customized program that will quickly attain your fitness goals while preventing boredom. They will teach you about correct techniques, give you the latest fitness research and support you in your efforts in maintaining a healthier lifestyle.

GROUP TRAINING
Are you part of a team? Do you play a specific sport? Do you want to improve your personal game? Or do you want to increase your team’s chances of winning this season? Our , sport specific trainers, train and fit test a number of sports teams… in a variety of different sports… including, soccer, hockey, football, swimming and rowing. Ask us about training you or the whole team for your specific sport … so you can have the competitive edge this season.

EXPERIENCE

Scott Brouse is a highly motivated Certified Fitness Professional who provides cutting edge fitness and nutrition principals for clients looking to reach their ultimate fitness level as well as fitness goals.
Over the years Scott has performed over 10,000 one on one personal training sessions with clients of all ages, from all walks of life and fitness levels.
 Scott’s experience and knowledge has helped people not only change their bodies and fitness levels but their overall quality of life and with his guidance anyone can achieve the results they desire.

SPECIALTY
Scott’s specialties include designing resistance-training programs, fat loss and nutrition all specifically tailored to meet each individuals needs.
Other areas of Scott’s expertise are Sport specific training for athletes of all levels, Beginners and kids programs along with Core stability/abdominal training.
