Over the years Scott has performed over 10,000 one on one personal training sessions with clients of all ages, from all walks of life and fitness levels.
Scott’s experience and knowledge has helped people not only change their bodies and fitness levels but their overall quality of life and with his guidance anyone can achieve the results they desire.
SPECIALTY
Scott’s specialties include designing resistance-training programs, fat loss and nutrition all specifically tailored to meet each individuals needs.
Other areas of Scott’s expertise are Sport specific training for athletes of all levels, Beginners and kids programs along with Core stability/abdominal training.
