ONE-ON-ONE PERSONAL TRAINING
Whether you are a beginner starting a healthier lifestyle or an intermediate continuing with an existing program, working with a personal trainer will motivate, educate and empower you to achieve your fitness goals up to three times faster.

Our certified experienced trainers will work with you one-on-one or in a small group setting to develop a customized program that will help you quickly attain your fitness goals. They will teach you about correct techniques and support you in your effort to maintain a healthier lifestyle.

GROUP TRAINING
Are you part of a team? Do you play a specific sport? Do you want to improve your personal game? Or do you want to increase your team’s chances of winning this season? Our sport specific trainers train and conduct fitness tests on a number of sports teams in a variety of different sports. Ask us about training you or your whole team so that you can have the competitive edge this season.

TRANSFORM
Do you want to transform your body in just 6 weeks? Get personal training for groups of 3-4 people at a reduced rate! Sessions are offered twice a week for six weeks and include measurements, nutritional counselling, and workouts with a personal trainer.
