Our sport specific trainers train and conduct fitness tests on a number of sports teams in a variety of different sports. TRANSFORM
Do you want to transform your body in just 6 weeks? Get personal training for groups of 3-4 people at a reduced rate! Sessions are offered twice a week for six weeks and include measurements, nutritional counselling, and workouts with a personal trainer.
